Non-Emergency Medical Transport

Gundersen Coulee Trails specializes in providing transportation for the elderly and persons who are mentally or physically challenged. There is no age requirement to use our service.

Gundersen Coulee Trails offers non-emergency
transportation to or from your medical appointments, including those
with your your:

  • Physician
  • Chiropractor
  • Therapist
  • Dentist
  • Counselor
  • Optometrist

Transportation to the clinic or hospital for renal dialysis and radiation treatments are also available.

Vehicles

All of our vehicles are handicap accessible and all of our personnel are CPR and first aid certified each bringing with them many years of experience. Our drivers are courteous and responsive to your needs. You will be greeted with a caring smile, and receive our undivided attention while utilizing our door to door service. We emphasize vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. Our vehicles are inspected to ensure standards are maintained

Service Area

Gundersen Coulee Trails main service focus is Southwestern Wisconsin, but we also offer a service, with prior approval, for Wisconsin residents who have appointments in neighboring states.

Payment

We accept medical assistance with a signed physician’s certification. In most cases, medical assistance will pay the entire cost of transportation to medical appointments. Private pay is accepted for other transportation needs. Payment must currently be made by check via mail or in-person cash or check at either the Tri-State Ambulance La Crosse address or the Coulee Trails Viroqua address.
